Is your clothing new or used?

Our everyday wear is brand new, we do not consign clothing other than our gowns.

About 75% of our wedding/grad/mother dresses are brand new, while the rest are pre-loved! We require vendors consigning with us to bring us dry cleaned garments. Think of us like an "off the rack" type store for our gowns.

How do I consign my dress with you?

Please email us at idorentalsto@gmail.com and we will send you a copy of our consignment contract to fill out! Please note that we ONLY accept dresses 2021 or newer and they MUST be dry cleaned if they have been worn.

Do you carry plus sizes?

YES! We believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and carry a large variety of sizes.

If I love a dress, do you order that in the size I want?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of being consignment, we do not order dresses. This works in your benefit if you're on a tighter timeline as you can take home the dress today!

I can't find your storefront?

We recently moved to 5019 51 St, downtown Lacombe. We are located directly in-between IDA and Lacombe Dental. Appointments are preferred during weekdays and we are open for walk-ins on Fridays from 1-4 and Saturdays between 10-4. Our walk-in hours may change, check our socials for the most recent updates.

What is your no-show or late policy?

Accepted Answer

No-shows or failure to reschedule 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Please don't waste our time, we run a tight schedule to try to fit everyone in, you would be wasting an appointment slot.

We have a 15 minute grace period once the appointment starts, we understand that sometimes there's a train or you forgot your coffee! Please try to be on time.

IF you have a packed day of appointments and happen to find your gown elsewhere (it happens, and we have no hard feelings, just happy you found the gown!), we would appreciate a phone call or message to cancel your appointment ASAP so that we can try to fill your slot. Rather than the awkward "hi, I found my dress, but I can look for 5 minutes." This is also a waste of an appointment for us.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are encouraged during weekdays and weekends, as we navigate our walk-in hours. Due to being family run and working part-time elsewhere, we aren't always in the shop for walk-ins. Book on our website or give us a call!
